Audio-Technica ATH-M50S - Monitor Headphones with Straight Cable

Alight guys, this is my review of the Audio Technica ATH-M50's.

Ive been using these for 7 months as my primary go to headphones for mixing and mastering my own tracks and i can attest that these headphones in this price range cant be beat! Im way past the burn in time for these, ive probably clocked in over 1000 hours on them too so i can tell that these are some really good sounding headphones. they are about as transparent and clear as headphones in this price range can get really and if you cant afford monitors then this is definitely the go to option for mobile producers and producers alike. Great artists and producers such as paul mcartney and skrillex have used these headphones, even Paul Mcartney was pictured while recording "kisses on the bottom" in these headphones.

Got this headphone based on recommendation from a friend, when I first put them on I was like WOW these are some great headphones, I tried using the headphones such as beats, bose, the big mainstream brands but they cannot compare with the quality of the M50s, after burning in it was even better... on top of that, they are super comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about these headphones, I listen to all different type of music from classic to rap, and these M50s handles them all very well (Posted on 4/23/13)

I was thinking to buy between 2 websites, Unique Squared or B&H.
I heard that Unique Squared was reliable so I decided to give it a try over B&H.

Now on to the good part now,...

I have to say, these headphones are truly amazing! I am 3 hours into burn-in (50 hours burn in is my goal) and already hear change to its maximum potential.
After listening to it right out of the box, they were a decently big improvement over my $40 headphones that I previously owned, and I'm sure the experience will accelerate as they burn in longer. They are perfect all around headphones!! If you want to learn more about these, there are tons of reviews on these headphones at Head Fi.

I did have 1 problem though. Unique Squared took over 1 month to ship me these. The reason was because they got more orders on the ATH-M50s headphones than they actually had. They put me on the wait list and made me wait 1 month before shipping out their newly received bundle of ATH-M50s headphones. (Posted on 4/23/13)

I wasn't sure about this site at first, seeing as how the headphones were like $40 cheaper than anywhere else, but these guys are legit.
