Enferno Live at DJ Expo 2012 Part 1

Last week the UniqueSquared Mobile Studio made a stop in Atlantic City, New Jersey and parked inside the Trump Taj Mahal for an exciting week at DJ Expo. There we ran into our old friend Enferno who was up to his live remix tricks again, this time on the main stage. He debuted two never before seen mixes, and we got to film the entire set. Be sure to check out all four parts of their performance. Here’s part one, enjoy!

A message to deadmau5:
Here is proof that not all DJ’s are button pushers and knob tweakers. His name is Enferno.

On a side note: Here’s what we figured out about Enferno’s setup after watching him perform.

He uses a Casio XW-G1 for playing and looping synths to build songs he wants in the mix.

He uses a Native Instruments Maschine for finger drumming, sampling, and FX.

DJ equipment

He’s got a pair of Technics and a Pioneer DJM-900 Nexus Mixer that’s running through Serato Scratch Live for scratching, mixing, and FX.  Do you think we got it wrong? Let us know why.
