Native Instruments Action Strings Puts ‘Blockbuster Sound’ Into A Virtual Instrument

While Native Instruments already has a name for itself in the DJ’s DVS and controller world, few might realize that their humble beginnings actually began in software creation that had little to do with DJ.  In fact, they began as a software synthesizer company before they expanded.  NI now shows off their versatility with the introduction of new software, “Action Strings”.

Although the name suggests some sort of stringed instrument emulation program – the program itself focuses more on phrasing of large music ensembles.  In this demo, you can see how groups of stringed instruments can be triggered and controlled via a keyboard.
