Pioneer DDJ-WeGO Users To Get Serato DJ Option

If you are going to go with Pioneer gear you can expect to pay for it in the long run – but Pioneer knows a little better than to only have top tier products, which is why they have created controllers at different price levels for newcomers and well as professionals in the business.  Even their offerings that are considered entry offerings are appeasing to the eyes, and look as if they had cost double the price.  This is something Pioneer does well, when compared to companies like Numark, who obviously have to sacrifice design in order to sell a product at a lower price.

Pioneer’s DDJ-WeGO has not been forgotten about, even though their DDJ-SX is getting most of the attention.  The DDJ-SX has become something like the CDJ-1000 of CD players, and we are quite mystified by the combination of design and functionality.  Pioneer has not forgotten about the WeGO either and it is receiving some subtle, yet useful firmware updates to keep up with the times.  These controllers will also be receiving the Serato DJ Intro package bundled with the hardware, making it a win-win situation for both Rane and Pioneer.  Why settle for an outdated piece of software right?
