Record A Song In Two Days

There is a certain formula for making and writing songs that has been the unspoken rule for success, and that is to make a lot of songs and hope that one of them becomes popular.  The average artists (not limited to DJs and producers), may write hundreds of songs over the course of a period of time – and from that list maybe only ten or so will actually make it to an album as a complete song.  Now, out of that short list of songs that was picked, you will be lucky if just one of them becomes a hit single or a well known song.  Basically, it is a numbers game and it takes many tried to get it right.

The speed at which a song is created is also important, and the argument can swing either way.  Some may take weeks or months to finish a song as they see fit.  A tune of this nature doesn’t leave the laboratory until it has reached perfection.  Conversely, an artist may choose to write a song in just one day, using inspiration and the naturally occurring creativity of the day.  Either way, it can be agreed that there is no set formula for song making.
