Memebusting: The realities of record shopping vs downloading

Many old timers in the music industry well get a laugh about the common complaints today, when it comes to sourcing and buying new music.  We used to have the problem of not being able to sort through a volume of records – but at least the volume of records was manageable.  You might graze the store for the entire day and only walk out with a handful of records.  Buying music today is cheap and supposedly easy – so why is it such a problem?  The problem is that we have to create new methods of browsing.  A visual cover on a record sleeve is easy to recognize, but looking at long laundry lists of songs to download can give you a headache.
