  1. Perfect for beginners Review by Hakon
    Rating

This purchase was my first foray into home recording. For a beginner with one guitar/mic this is perfect. It is also small as the last review suggested. The setup was initially a little troublesome. I had Windows 7 64 and the drivers were for windows vista. But I managed to make it work. Soon after Cakewalk released W7 64 drivers. Also I have recently installed W8 and the W7 drivers did not work immediately but if I set the compatibility to windows vista they worked. But this has suited my needs perfectly and I highly recommend it for beginners who are just getting into home recording.

  2. Tiny! Great performance. Review by Ben

This might be the smallest audio interface I've ever used. The pictures don't really do it justice. It's great to toss into a backpack/laptop bag and be able to mix with your laptop anywhere and have great ASIO compatibility and performance.

The red/white RCA inputs and outputs are line-level signals. That means no phono pre-amp, but unless you're using a turntable it's not really a big downside.

Also has 1/8" regular plain ol' headphone output, which is nice for my Sennheiser headphones that are 1/8" output, not 1/4". (Posted on 11/15/11)
