Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

Unfortunately you cannot. In some cases the order may be cancelled and a new order placed. But, if the order has already gone to the warehouse for packing you will need to obtain an RMA.

Can I get a discount if I buy more than one?

UniqueSquared.com strives to provide value to every customer on every transaction. Because of this we are often not able to discount items any further. However if you are interested in a quantity greater than 10 or your order total is over $5000.00, Please contact prosales@UniqueSquared.com and inquire about the possibility of getting a "Pro Deal."

How do I return something to UniqueSquared.com?

Before returning something to UniqueSquared.com, please review the Return Policy (Return Policies) and ensure that your product is eligible for return. Then you can contact (Contact Us) for an RMA number. We will email your RMA number to you along with directions on how to return your item to us.

COLORADO, OKLAHOMA, KENTUCKY, SOUTH DAKOTA AND VERMONT RESIDENTS

Unique Squared is not obligated to, and does not, collect sales tax in these state. Your purchase is subject to sales/use tax in these states unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. The purchase is not exempt merely because it is made over the Internet or by other remote means. These states require that you file a sales/use tax return at the end of the year reporting all of the purchases that were not taxed on those purchases. Retailers that do not collect sales tax in these states are obligated to provide purchasers an end-of-year summary of purchases in order to assist them in filing their tax report. Retailers that do not collect sales tax in these states may be required by law to provide the Department of Revenue with an annual report of the total amount of all of your purchases above certain thresholds. How long after I order will my order ship?

Many orders ship the same day they are made and most orders ship within 1 business day. You will receive an email with the tracking number when the item is shipped.

Is there a warranty on my item?

All new and open box items carry a full manufacturers warranty valid in the USA. B-stock and refurbished items may have a shorter warranty period. Please see the bottom of the item description. Warranties are only valid in the United States of America.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Amazon Checkout and PayPal.

Do you accept wire transfers?

We will accept a wire transfer for orders over $2000.00

Do you accept Money Orders?

No. We do not accept money orders.

What version hardware/software is this?

We are a high volume dealer and receive shipments of new product from manufactures daily. If there is not a version listed on the product details page it is safe to assume that it is the latest version available. Also, most manufacturers make any hardware/software updates available by free download on their website.

What is B-Stock / Open Box / Demo?

These items may have cosmetic blemishes or a damaged box. The units are fully functional and come with a warranty from the manufacturer. Please feel free to contact us about a certain item because we can often provide a new unit at a similar price.

Will this item work on 220-240 Volt power?

The power requirements can be found on the product page listed in the "Package Contents" in dark red colored "[ ]" brackets. Units with auto-switching power supplies will state "100-240 Volt." All items (unless otherwise stated) have USA plug configuration power cords included.

Can you ship to an alternate address?

Yes, we can ship to an alternate address (work address etc.). Please be sure to confirm you have put the correct address in for shipping when you checkout and pay. Also note that in some cases, shipping to an alternate address may delay your items shipping due to fraud protection.

Where is my Tracking Number?

If it has been over 2 business days since you placed your order, and you have not received any emails from us (be sure to check your SPAM filter), please contact us.

Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico?

Yes. Shipping is available to all of the USA. Please note that some larger items (such as large speaker cabinets or large consoles) may be unavailable due to size limitations.

Do you ship to APO/FPO boxes?

Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box?

How much will shipping cost?

In most cases, UPS Ground is free to the 48 contiguous United States. However, shipping cost can be calculated in your shopping cart or during checkout.

What do I do if my item is defective?

If it is within 30 days of the item being delivered, please contact us to request an RMA for exchange or replacement. Otherwise you can contact the manufacturer to have the product serviced under warranty.

What if I want to return for a refund?

If it is within 30 days of the item being delivered, please contact us to request an RMA for refund. All returns for refund will incur an 15% restocking fee (including defective, damaged, and DOA items). Defective items can be exchanged for a working unit, but any return for refund will incur an 15% restocking fee. Software once opened (factory seal broken) cannot be returned for refund. How do I ship back my Return/Exchange?

You can choose any transportation method (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) to return goods for refund or exchange (including defective items). UniqueSquared.com suggests using a shipping service with tracking capabilities and delivery confirmation.
