If you haven't given modeling amps a try since your first line 6 pod broke 5 years ago then the VYPYR 30 may surprise you. The game changer here is in the processing power that comes from the 266MHz Dual Core SHARC processor. When you have 24 amp models, 11 rack effects, and 11 stompbox effects you need a processor fast enough to deliver these effects in a realistic detail. Peavey included their trans tube technology to make that tone even more realistic. The encoder knobs let you get to tweeking your tones as soon as you plug your guitar in.
