Orders must be received by 11:59pm eastern time July 31st 2009. Only orders placed on www.UniqueSquared.com are eligible. Orders placed on other market places such as, but not limited to eBay, Amazon, and Buy.com are not eligible. Offer only valid within in the continental United States. In order to qualify the order total must be comprised of DigiDesign and/or M-Audio product over $299 before any tax or shipping. Orders may contain products from other manufactures as well, but only products manufactured by M-Audio and Digidesign will count towards the minimum dollar requirement. Canceled, unpaid, returned, or otherwise incomplete orders will be disqualified. The winner will be chosen at random from eligible orders and will be notified by phone and email on or before Aug 15th. The winner will have 48 hours to reply before forfeiting their win at which point the winner will be notified of the forfeit and a new winner will be chosen. By accepting the prize the winner agrees to waive their right to return their qualifying order for refund. There is no limit to the number of orders that can qualify.
