Vox All orders will ship the same business day they are received before 2pm. Once your order is shipped, you should receive an e-mail with your tracking information. You can then track your order through www.UPS.com for US Shipments or www.USPS.com for International shipments.
Unique Squared offers the following shipping choices on most items:
• Ground
• 2 day delivery
• Standard Overnight (Guaranteed delivery by 3:30pm next business day)
• Priority Overnight (Guaranteed delivery by 10:30am next business day)
• Saturday delivery USPS
• International Express Mail
We are able to ship to an address other than your billing address. In the interest of both your security and ours, however, we do require certain steps be taken to do this.
Contact your credit card company to have your shipping address added as an authorized shipping address on their records. Some card issuers like American Express have an "alternate address" field, while others may simply have to record the address in the "notes" of the account. Be sure there is no delay on the part of the issuer in updating the account information. Please call 1-800-688-6315 and speak to a customer service rep or send an e-mail to shipping@UniqueSquared.com, when the address is successfully added so we can process your order without delay.
Depending on the size and nature of your order, additional verification may be required by our security department. In such cases, you will be contacted by our security department and asked to answer some questions in order to verify your identity.
At Unique Squared, we do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders will ship within 24 hours.
While we realize the inconvenience of receiving a damaged shipment, please understand that this is out of our control. If the item has been damaged in transit please contact our customer service center to notify them of the issue. They will begin the return process and offer you one of two options:
1. You can elect to have a new item shipped out for you immediately. This option requires Unique Squared to charge your card for collateral. Once you receive the email from Unique Squared with the RMA number and return instructions, simply send the damaged item back to us in its original state, and we will credit your account within 48 hours of the items arrival in our warehouse.
2. You can wait 3-5 business days for the email to arrive which will have the RMA number and return instructions. After we receive the damaged item, Unique Squared will send a brand new item to you.
While we realize the inconvenience of your package being lost, please understand that this is out of our control. If the item has been lost in transit please contact our customer service center to notify them of the issue. We will begin a trace of the package with the carrier. Typical time to resolve the issue with the carrier is 10 business days. You have two options during this time:
1. You can elect to have a new item shipped out for you immediately. This option requires Unique Squared to charge your card for collateral. Once the claim is resolved, Unique Squared will issue the credit to your account.
2. Once the claim is resolved, Unique Squared will send a brand new item to you.
RETURN GUIDELINES
While Unique Squared strives to achieve superior customer service, we can NOT guarantee a return for every item. In most cases, opened non-defective products are non-returnable. Please ensure that the product you are interested in not only suits your needs, but is compatibile with any existing hardware and/or software you wish to use with it. For specific product return guidelines, please contact Unique Squared Customer Service prior to ordering.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Special Order items are non-returnable.
Opened Memory is non-returnable. We can only process an RMA request if the memory is factory sealed.
All exchanges and returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unique Squared is not responsible for return shipping.
An RMA must be requested within 15 days of the original invoice date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date.
All products are sold with their respective manufacturers warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You also assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
All returns, with the exception of a defective exchange, are subject to a 18% Restocking Fee.
All items must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. If an item is returned with missing contents, the RMA will either be revoked, or a 25% restocking fee will be applied at Unique Squareds discretion.
Defective items can be exchanged for the same item ONLY.
Unique Squared will not recommend items due to compatibility issues. Any item returned to Unique Squared due to a compatibility issue will automatically receive a 18% Restocking Fee. Please be sure that the item you are purchasing is compatible prior to checkout.
All Opened Non-Defective returns are subject to a 18% restocking fee.
Opened software will not be accepted for return.
Items Damaged in Transit
Should an item appear to be damaged in transit, please refuse delivery and contact Unique Squared as soon as possible. We will issue an RMA immediately, and ship you a replacement product right away. If you are unable to refuse delivery of a damaged product, please follow one of the following return request methods.
Requesting A Product Return
Feel free to select one of the following ways to request a return:
1. Send your request via email to Shipping@UniqueSquared.com. Please include your order number.
2. You may contact Customer Service at 800-688-6315 from 10AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday, Eastern time.
After Receiving Your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
Write your RMA number legibly on the return label. Return the entire package to:

Do not write on the original packaging. Packages without an AUTHORIZED Unique Squared RMA number will be refused back to the sender.
All international returns must be handled directly with manufacturers. Unique Squared WILL NOT accept returns on international orders.
Customer must contact us within 15 days of delivery and request an RMA number. Product must be in resalable condition. Once an RMA number is issued it will remain valid for 14 days. Any product arriving without an RMA number or with an expired number may be returned to sender.
Crediting Your Account
Credit will be issued within two business days of receiving your return. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original invoice. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your actual account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution. When returning an item paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within 10 business days from the time we receive your return.

Online Orders
Unique Squared reserves the right to review all orders at which point we may accept or decline any order for any reason, regardless of any confirmation receipt sent to the customer. All orders must be reviewed for pre-approval and acceptance. Cancellations can be made on any order that has NOT shipped, except for special order purchases. Unique Squared is also NOT responsible for cancellation requests made after the product has shipped.
Shipping
Unique Squared retains ownership of all products until the point of payment has been received and product delivered, at which time ownership is given to the said customer. Shipping charges are applied to orders irrelevant to weight, size and destination of shipment. Unique Squared does not currently ship US mail, therefore we are unable to deliver to PO, APO, and FPO box addresses. Unique Squared reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier.
Freight Policy
Our product availability is subject to change due to our high volume of sales. If a product is not in stock you will receive an email within one business day. If you need status sooner please feel free to call our Customer Service line between the hours of 9am and 6pm Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday. Shipping charges will vary depending on the size and weight of order. At Unique Squared, we strive to make returning products easy and efficient, provided certain guidelines are followed.
