Review by MichaelA touring and studio standard that can last as long as you do! I've had a trio of these I've been using for almost 25 years and they are STILL working! I have had to replace the cords once or twice due to shorted wires, but that was due to touring abuse, not faulty equipment. This mic has an incedbile pedigree, and is descended form mics as the 554 and PE54, both of which I inherited from my friend's dad's studio and both of which have been operational since the 60s!
It sound good and vocals, and especially good on guitar cabs.
