The USB-powered CMC Transport Controller is the ultra-intuitive hardware equivalent of the Cubase transport section. This featurepacked yet easy-to-use micro controller is the ultimate choice for smooth project navigation, demanding editing tasks and mouse-free recording sessions. With a total of 17 buttons, user-definable functions and a pioneering touch device, this controller is a valuable addition to any project studio or live performance setup.

The high-precision touch-sensitive slider forms the centerpiece of the CMC Transport Controller. This innovative, multi-purpose touch device takes DAW control to a whole new level. Six working modes allow you to jog or shuttle through the project, to tap in the tempo, to scroll, zoom and browse with the convenience of a slide. Now you can control your audio with your fingertips — it’s faster, smoother and more accurate than with the computer mouse. To never get lost, the red LED lights provide visual feedback on the exact position.
Apart from this novelty, the CMC-TP houses buttons for all major transport functions, including play, stop, record, cycle, fast forward and rewind. Additional buttons for inserting markers, setting the locator range or inserting a new track, to name a few, make the CMC-TP a powerful recording and editing assistant. Best of all, four of its buttons can even hold a second function, which can be freely assigned by the user.
